If you’re planning your LTO motorcycle renewal this 2025, this article will walk you through a real, on-the-ground experience at LTO Valenzuela District Office. As a daily rider and moto vlogger, I know how important it is to keep your registration updated and your documents accurate—especially now that digital enforcement like NCAP is back.
Even if my registration is due in two months, I decided to renew it in advance. Bakit? Because my Certificate of Registration (CR) still had my old address in Pasig, and I’m now living in Valenzuela. With the return of the No Contact Apprehension Policy, I need to make sure that if ever I get a violation, it will reach me on time and at the correct address.
The LTO Valenzuela District Office is located at Arca Plaza along Maysan Road. Sa likod lang nito makikita ang Triple A PMVIC Valenzuela, an ISO-certified testing center where the vehicle inspection happens. Clean, spacious, and organized ang lugar—perfect for both small bikes and cars.

Here’s a quick and updated breakdown of the process:
During the inspection, they checked my headlight, sound levels (pasado ang muffler ko sa 76 dB), and auxiliary lights (both aimed downward—safe and legal).
The LTO office itself is small, so most people wait outside under a tent—mainit! Walang electric fan, so better come prepared.
The process is generally smooth, but time-consuming due to the number of applicants. Still, the steps are clear, and the presence of helpful staff makes the experience manageable.
If you want to see the actual LTO motorcycle renewal process, I documented the entire thing in a vlog which you can watch below. I hope this helps you prepare for your own renewal. And if you’re into motorcycle content, reviews, and road life stories, feel free to visit my YouTube channel for more.
